disclaimer

All texts and images used on this website are mine. I wrote them. I made them. I drew them. They’re all mine.

If you like a post, please, feel free to link it in your own blogs or on social media! If you want to use parts of my posts in your own posts, please contact me at emily@teawithemily.com to ask permission first, and link to my original post.

Affiliate links

Articles might sometimes contain one or more affiliate links. In these instances, I will clearly say so at the beginning of the article. Affiliate links mean that if you make a purchase through them, I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This is a great way for you to support my work, without paying a penny extra.

Honest opinion

This is a personal blog (ALL MINE). Any views and opinions represented in this blog belong solely to me (Emily) and do not represent those of people, institutions or organisations that I have been associated with in a personal or professional capacity, unless I explicitly stated so in big writing.

I started this blog to share my own language learning stories and experiences with you.  Therefore, I cannot make any representations as to the accuracy or completeness of the information on this site and can’t be held responsible for any errors or omissions. All errors are mine and nobody else’s and will haunt me forever.

Up-to-date information

I strive to always provide up-to-date information; however, I can’t be held responsible for changes made by external language learning apps, sites or products. Over time, I might change my mind on certain issues, and the views expressed in later posts might not reflect those written in earlier posts. The world is changing fast, folks, and sometimes, I might not see what’s coming. (Remember when your maths teachers told you “you wouldn’t always have a calculator…”?)

Downloadable files

Any downloadable file, including but not limited to pdfs, docs, jpegs, pngs, is provided at the user’s own risk. I will not be liable for any losses, injuries, or damages resulting from a corrupted or damaged file.

Comments

Feel free to leave me any comments offering your support, sharing ideas, sharing your stories, disagreeing with me or telling me I’m completely crazy in the comment sections. But please, be nice to me. I’m only small and my feelings are easily hurt. I reserve the right to delete comments which are spam (or look a lot like spam), or that contain abusive or profane language, hate speech, threats, or attacks on any groups or individuals.

I am not responsible for the content in comments.

This policy is subject to change at any time. I would recommend checking back every now and again, but I won’t change it too often, because disclaimers are hard.

TLDR: It’s not my fault. None of this is my fault. Be nice to me and to the rest of my readers.
